• It is important to notice that each paper should have one non-student registration, and if you have more than one paper you have to register them separately. Final paper can be submitted after registration is complete.

  • The acceptance letter will be sent to you via e-mail.

  • Valid proof is required to receive the IEEE member/student rate. Students must email the scanned copy of student ID to CIS-RAM2022@outlook.com and bring along their card to the conference for verification to enjoy the prevailing rate.

  • After verification of the submitted information, a payment PayPal link will be sent to you via E-mail. The receipt will be provided once the payment is finished. The hard copy receipt/invoice is collectable on-site.

  • Accepted papers should follow the registration procedure and complete the forms included in the acceptance E-mail, which is already sent to the authors. For participation without paper presentation, please click here for registration.

  • All refund requests must be made via email to the Organizing Secretariat (cis-ram2022@outlook.com).

  • All cancellations received before and on Friday 30th September will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

  • All cancellations received before and on Sunday 6th November will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellation after Sunday 6th November.

  • Cancellations should be submitted in writing via e-mail before Monday 7th November.
