Registration Instructions

Registration fees for CIS-RAM 2026 are given below. All fees listed below are in Singapore Dollars.

Additional Fees

• These are registration categories reserved for the satellite location of the conference in NOIDA, India
• Cost per paper for additional paper upload: SG$450 (only available to full registrations)
• Excess Page Charges: SG$200 per page (maximum of two beyond the nominal six-page limit)

NOTE: To pay for excess pages, you must first complete the final submission information about the paper in your author workspace, and then return to registration.
Without that step, the excess page fee will not appear in your cart!

• All in-person registrations include banquet. You can purchase guest banquets during the registration process.

The registration system is available through PaperPlaza. For authors, please follow the instructions in the email sent from PaperPlaza on 24 May 2024 to register your papers.

Do note that the system is able to accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express Cards. However, support for China UnionPay Card (Yin Lian), while working, could be unstable. If you need to do offline payment via bank transfer, please generate an invoice from the system and perform wire transfer according to instructions below.

Do also note that only Full IEEE Member rate and Full Non-Member rates can be used to cover paper registration. Each additional paper registered under a common author will attract a further fee of SGD 450.00.

All paid registration will include access to all technical, exhibition and social functions as well as tea breaks and lunches.
